Muse Dash's gameplay consists of defeating enemies in tune to the rhythm of various songs.
Players can select a Muse and Elfin that best fits their playstyle.
After completing a level, the player is awarded with experience points, which can unlock additional content (such as another level, Muse, Elfin, Loading Screen, or Start Screen).

Mobile[]

Left & Right Controls: When pressing the left side of the screen, the Muse will jump and perform an air attack, while pressing the right side of the screen will have the Muse attack on the ground.

This control scheme is more suitable for beginners or casual players.

Up & Down Controls: When pressing the top half of the screen, the Muse will jump and perform an air attack, while pressing the bottom half of the screen will perform a ground attack.

This control scheme is more suitable for advanced players.

Additionally, the player can choose to reverse these controls or apply a manual Fever.

Desktop[]

Keyboard: When pressing D & F, the Muse will jump and perform an air attack, while pressing J & K will perform a ground attack. There are four presets, with an additional section for custom controls.

Joystick (aka Controller/Gamepad): When pressing any button on the left side of the controller, the Muse will jump and perform an air attack, while pressing any button on the right side will perform a ground attack. You can also select from additional configuration styles.

Nintendo Switch[]

Button: When pressing any button on the left side of the controller, the Muse will jump and perform an air attack, while pressing any button on the right side will perform a ground attack. You can also select from additional configuration styles.

Touchscreen: This follows the same control scheme as mobile devices.

Fever Gauge[]

The Fever Gauge, when activated, increases the score received from all successful attacks and dodges for 6 seconds.
By default, the game activates this automatically, but can be set for manual activation in the settings.
